Covid19 & The Future
Hi all my fellow Yogis, it’s been a while!
Great News, Classes will resume 6pm on Thursday 13th August at Thornton Methodist Church and 7pm on Tuesday 18th August at Hambleton Village Hall.
All classes at St. Marys are now cancelled. The company that handled booking has gone into administration.
Please note class prices have increased to £6.50 per class. Payable with cash on the day or by bank transfer prior to the class if this more convenient. Please ask for banking details if you wish to pay this way.
I’m running a booking system in line with government guidelines. You can book by texting or whatsapp to the number 07975 586710. This booking system will also be used for the track and trace requirement specified in the government guidelines.
A Covid 19 Questionnaire will be handed out to be completed prior to taking part in the class. As well as this if you haven’t filled out a health questionnaire this year please let me know so we may get it completed.
Due to social distancing measures class sizes will be limited. Thornton Methodist Church will be limited to 8 spaces and Hambleton limited to 11. A third class will be considered if there is demand.
If you need to cancel your booking please note, I need 24 hours notice prior to the class to allow me to allocate the spot to another person. If cancelled within 24 hours of the class I will have to charge you for the spot, unless we can fill it.
Please see the our Covid19 Safety Measures for more details on how we are planning to run the classes.
Looking for a Yoga Class in Blackpool, Thornton, Poulton or Hambleton?
I currently teach two public classes a week which are open to everyone.
Tuesday Evenings at 7.00pm – Hambleton Village Hall – FY6 9BZ
Thursday Evenings at 6pm – Thornton Methodist Church Hall – FY5 5HQ
All classes are operated on a First come, first serve basis.
My classes are suitable for all abilities. I always offer easier variants of poses to new and inexperienced Yogis. You are encouraged to work to your own abilities and not push yourself too hard. Yoga is not a competition and like most activities it requires practice! If a pose is too strong, take a breather and join back in when you are ready. No pressure.
For more experienced Yogi’s I give more challenging poses to help you improve your complex postures.
Both classes are unisex and everyone is welcome. Under 16’s need to be accompanied by a practicing adult.
